Anthony Young

B.A. Social Studies Education (Purdue University)

Tony Young is a history teacher at Sycamore School, a private, independent school for gifted and talented students in Indianapolis, Indiana. He holds a B.A. in social studies education and a license in gifted and talented instruction from Purdue University and has been teaching for nine years.

Mr. Young loves the challenge of teaching IUHS students, because they come from diverse backgrounds. His students have included Olympic athletes and a Buddhist monk. He enjoys helping students improve their writing abilities and teaching them skills that will prepare them college. 

He is married and has one child.
