About Indiana University High School

Indiana University High School is a distance education program administered by the Indiana University School of Continuing Studies. Indiana University has been a provider of high school distance education courses since 1925.

Accreditation
Indiana University High School is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI).

NCA CASI—along with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI) and the Commission on International and Transregional Accreditation (CITA)—is an accreditation division of AdvancED.

AdvancED is the world’s largest education community. It represents more than 23,000 public and private schools, 6,000 school districts, and 18,000 volunteers in 30 states and 65 countries. It serves nearly 15 million students.

Consortia

Indiana University High School is a founding member of the Indiana Virtual Learning Consortium. IUHS director, Bruce Colston, serves as the IVLC chair.
